This page explains how you can request the deletion of the data associated with your interaction with mi-ai-agent, an experimental AI chatbot that operates through WhatsApp.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by sending an email to:

There is no automated deletion tool. Requests are reviewed and processed manually by email.

2. Information to Include

To help identify the data associated with your interaction, please include the following in your request:

• The WhatsApp phone number you used to interact with the chatbot (including the country code);
• Your name, if you would like to provide it (optional);
• A brief description of your request, for example “please delete all data associated with my interaction with mi-ai-agent”.

Providing the phone number is important because it is the main way to locate the data related to your conversation.

3. How Requests Are Processed

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and the relevant data will be deleted according to the retention practices applicable to the services used to operate the Application. Deletion may take a reasonable amount of time to complete.

4. Data That May Be Retained

In some cases, certain information may need to be retained where there is a valid legal obligation to do so, or where it is necessary to resolve disputes or prevent abuse. When that is the case, only the minimum necessary information is kept, and it is deleted once the applicable obligation no longer applies.
