These Terms of Service govern your use of mi-ai-agent (the “Application”), an experimental AI chatbot that lets you interact with an artificial intelligence assistant through WhatsApp. The Application is operated by Daniel Alanis as an independent developer.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Application.

2. The Service

The Application is an experimental, demonstration chatbot. It allows you to send messages through WhatsApp and receive responses generated by an AI system. The Application is provided for testing and experimental purposes, may change at any time, and may be interrupted or discontinued without notice.

3. AI Responses

Responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unexpected. You should not rely on them as professional advice.

The Application does not provide legal, medical, financial, or any other kind of professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that require it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Send unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, or infringing content;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Application or its underlying systems;
• Use the Application to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to impersonate another person.

Access may be limited or blocked if the Application is used in a way that is abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages you send and for the way you use the Application. You should not send sensitive personal information through the chatbot, and you are responsible for complying with the terms that apply to the messaging platform you use.

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no guarantee that it will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its name, design, and underlying technology, is owned by its developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights over the Application. You retain responsibility for the content you send.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application, including decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they are updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
